Today i have purchased new nokia x2, and that is not at all functioning properly

1 - charging reqiures 4-5 hours

2- hanging of phone after use of any application like camera, music player and video player.

3- headset is not working on radio mode or music player.

so is this nokia selling or cheating its customers

crap phone in terms of high price, plz suggest me solution or be ready to face the judiciary action
