I bought a Nokia C2 from Maa Laxmi Watch Centre, Balasore on 7 / 3 / 2012 which was to be gifted on 21st march.
I decided to check the Nokia C2 before gifting it so I put in 2 sims to check the set and the set seemed to be okay on the first day i.e 19/3 and both the sims worked. But from the next day there is no signal in sim-1. After the set is switched on both the sims connect to network but after 2 minutes or so the signal from sim-1 disappears. If the set is rebooted, the signal comes back but sim-1 disconnects after 2/3 minutes.
Now, under the circumstances why should I go for a repair to Nokia Care and should accept a repaired set which is inherently defective. I would like a refund or replacement. I feel so cheated that a company like Nokia is so so careless with the quality of its products. I think there should be strong protest from consumers and the media must take up such issues seriously.
