Dear Sir,
I Brijesh Kumar bought a Mobile of Nokia company (Mobile Set 5310) IMEI No: - 351934032148848 from south Ex Part 1.
I have bought this mobile on 22/Mar an after 01 Month of purchase it started giving me problem. Its screen become blank (Blank Display) all of a sudden an at times it hangs. Four times i have given it for repair but all in vain. It has been returned to me saying that it has been repaired but the problem of blank dispaly still persists.
I have purchased the phone at a very dear price, I expect full value of my money an ask you to replace the set set at earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in nokia remains undaunted. If the needfull is not done at the earliest i will be compelled to appraoch the consumer court for the same.
As i dont have any other set i request you to do the needfull at your earliest.
