Unauthorised dedection

Dear sir

I have purchased a hand set of Nokia 2323 classic.By just putting sim card an amount of rs.99.00 has been detected from my mobile connecton service provider. I made a lot of mails and complaints but no proper responce has been given to me.

After 6 months they have accepted that it was there system fault. But they are not ready to accept responciblity and refund my money.
