Themes not intalling

Sir i purchased nokia e63 mobile phne on 16 march i troed to install themes from google and they were e63 phones but when i ma trying to install them in phne then it reads certificate error consult the aplication s supplier tell me why themes are not working provide me easy solution to this problem
