BAD EXPERIENCE WITH NOIKA E71 AND THE SERVICE

I bought a Nokia E71 in mid of August. I have had a really bad experience with Noika E71 and even the servicing. I have faced problems relating to my handset repeatedly – messages not accessible, frequent data loss, etc and have not got any resolution for the same.

I had to give my handset for repair first in November. I got the same repaired (as informed the software was updated) and it was working fine for approx one month and then I faced a data loss problem again. I have submitted my handset for repair multiple times (November January February and now done it again in March). Last time (February) the mother board was changed.

The problems are not ending – this time it is messages not accessible and screen flickering. I went to Nokia service centre on Saturday to get an understanding on the problem on screen flickering – the service centre personnel himself checked that the screen was distorted. I could not submit the handset for repair that day as I had not taken any data backup.By late evening, the screen was completely black/ blank.

I have had a really bad experience with Noika E71 and even the servicing. Again and again I am facing the problem and I am not getting any concrete resolution for my problem. The time by which I get the handset back is really long – in Feb I submitted my handset on Feb 14 and got the same back on March 3.

I do not have the time and patience to submit my phone on a regular basis – I bought my phone to use it and not to submit the same for repair. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY AS I AM NOT GETTING A SOLUTION FOR IT.

Request you to look into the matter and provide me a solution ASAP. I have already lost my patience on this now.

The service centre personnel is not competent enough to get me a solution - request you to let me know the escalation levels in case the issue cannot be resolved by you. As a customer - i need value for my money which I am not getting - the handset is becoming a burden now. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS.
