I bought an Nokia Mobile Model Nokia C5 on :- 28th July, From:- Cell World, Place: Dadar (W), Price: 8000/- Tax Invoice No: 8601, # IMEI Number:- 3537 5704 0999 276
The Day i bought it, within 6 days, the Phone stopped working. i went to the dearler a Replacement, he directed me to Nokia CARE {Nokia Care at (Hindmnata) Dt: 5th July} where they said it will be Replaced. I went to Nokia care on 5th at Hindmata, and a got a reply as "NO REPLACEMENT" coz of company Policies.. still i agreed and they repaired and gave it back to me... Again on 8th, within 2 days of it getting repaired from Nokia CARE, it has stopped functioning.
Again i went back and all i got a reply was, "NO REPLACEMENT".. If there is a Fault with the Product, i think it should be Replaced? This is not a Method to "LOOT" the customers for 8000 Rs...
If this is the Case, then i think i need my 8000 Rs back or a New Handset...
