Ejection from warranty

My self ankit agrawal having a set of nokia model7210c nokia care has rejected my set from warranty as they r saying that this set is liquid damage but my set is liquid damage for asking them they r showing a small dot that can be found in every set.. pls do the needfull jobsheet no is-44450486710081249... my mobile no. is - 9827403600
