Repetion of complaints after sercvice

I had sent two mails regarding the complaint. I had submitted my phone (Nokia 2323c) about 6 times at your care centre and my problem is not solved. I mailed you the jobsheet no after I submitted my phone. It is not the innefficency of the care centre in repairing my handset but the problem of hardware of the handset that is causing the problemas as the care centre people had sent the phone to factory for resolving the malfunction and the problem wasnt resolved.

Each time I submitted my phone or mailed to your customer care, I have clearly stated what caused the problem and how it is being repeated after each service. It is the group messaging functionality that is causing the problem. The group messaging application is provided by the company and it is not a third party application. Since it is causing the problem, It is denial to the consumers privilages or can be stated as cheating the customer by stating features that doesn't get enough hardware support. The technical team at the care centre told me that it is the lack of phone memmory that is causing the problem. The phone is loaded with features that doesnt have harware support. This particular model's production had stopped, may be beacuse of its bad perfomance, but people like me who had bought the phone is suffering. I have contact of another user of the same phone who has got this same handset whose details will be provided if necessary.

I am fed up with the phone. Just buying this phone had brought me tension and resulted in the loss of my valuable time. I need a replacement of the phone or reimbursement of money. The phone had cost me Rs2250.I have also lost about Rs8 by calling your custommer care for which I have recorded data. It is not the money that I am concerned of, but the lack of loyality to the customers which is crime that should be dealt seriously. Reliability factor about Nokia which I believed in is gone.

If I dont get a positive reply by 08/09/10, I am ging to complain at the consumer court. I have no intention of submitting my phone again as doing so I would be losing my time and also my warranty will expire in the mean time. What I need is a quick reply regarding your decision.
