Problems in Nokia Model 3130 Xpress Music

I have purchased the Nokia Model 3130 XpressMusic, year back in April. it worked good for last one year but once warranty period expired it started giving problems. I takken this phone to Nokia Care twice but they were not able to rectify the problem. they have charged the service amount but with out any solution. Please help me in getting the problem solved.
