E 72 getting hanged - 352724049850869

Hi,

I got a Nokia E 72 Mobile IMEI NO 352724049850869 on October 18th and there is a glitch in the mobile as this is getting hanged many times in a day. I have visited Nokia Care twice and they have just formatted and updated the software both the times in laxmi Nagar center.

This is something which make frustrated as i have to spend a good amount of time in order to reach and wait for the assistance however the problem is still unresolved.

I am looking for someone to help me so that i can get this issue resolved.
