New nokia mobile set problem

Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased one Nokia 6303i, IMEI No - 358302032249508 set from M/s Mobile World, 4, Birsa Tourist Complex, Main Road, Ranchi on 01.05.2010 invoice no. 9561 dtd. 01.05.2010. Soon after purchase the set started giving trouble, set was shown to the M/s Mobile World and on his advice the set was handed over on 02.09.2010 for replacement /repairing to M/s Nirmal Enterprises, LIA Complex, 2 nd Floor, PP Compound, Ranchi, (job sheet no. 613504886/1000902/22) an authorised NOKIA CARE CENTER. I am really very sorry to state that after lapse of more that 2.5 months I have not received back my hand set. Every time when I contact the NOKIA CARE CENTER they give some excuse and ask me to come later. Such approach and attitude does not reflect the image of Nokia company. In long term such attitude will affect adversely your customer base.

In this context you are requested to look into the matter and resolve the matter at the earliest.
