Sir,

I bought Nokia C1-00 mobile from Jain Mobile, Morar on 23/01 IMEI no.353381049032342. Even though loudspeaker is switched off, the sound comes from rear speaker. This creates sound interference, finally resulting to poor call quality. Also phone sometime restarts automatically.

I picked Nokia above other company for its reliability, but this experience is disapproving me. So sir, kindly suggest wat to do next.
