Very bad service/ mishandling/ provided by nokia care, Lajpat nagar, New Delhi
My Nokia mobile C-3 had some visual problem I have gone to Nokia Care Centre in 0-9 first floor, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. In the process they updated my software, and return the handset to me after 2 hrs.
when i checked the data there was no photos and songs in my phone, after confieming they said that thy are formated the data in result in that all data will be deleted. I was satisfied with the answer. But only yesterday when i was taking the pictures it shows that no no memory is left. I found that my memory care was missing. i called Nokia Care on 09 feb at 1030 hrs. and had the work with Ms Aruna. she simply said that it is not our problem u have to check it before signing the receipt...
Will be very grateful if you look into the matter.
