I bought Nokia 6300 from Nokia priority dealers assuming they will provide me better service and cheaper rates than other mobile sellers. But I was wrong after I bought the cell I checked with other shops, they were actually selling this mobile at a lower cost. I ignored that expectig that the quality of mobile and accessories will be better than others, but I was wrong again that the data cable thay provided (not free I paid for it) gone bad with in a week, when I went to shop for a replacement the reply was that no guarantee for data cable. If they have provided it for free they can say that but I paid for it, thay ignored all my explanation and I have to leave there without any hope.
Now guess what with in a year the mobile's software got corrupted and I updated it 2 or 3 times paying 300RS each time and it didn't recover and my only option was to sell it.
Thr priority dealers should make sure that they not only sell mobiles but must provided service to customers.
