Dear sir/ Madam

I bought Nokia-C6-00 in oct.2011 and since then I have visited Nokia service center 4 times (In duration

of 3 months only) for different complaints and last time. I am so unsatisfied with Nokia c6-oo Cell Phone. I had a

very bad experience with my Nokia c6-00, I will file a consumer case to get back my money as I have spend a considerable amount on the phone.

And lastly the staff working at Nokia Care does not have any manners.

"I WILL NOT SUGGEST ANY OF MY FRIEND TO USE NOKIA AS IT HAS A VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALSO CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT.
