I had bought a new mobile handset nokia C5 on 30/05. From the very first week i am facing problem of hanging. The nokia care people had several times updated the software and now they say that there is a major hardware problem and will have to send the set outsation for 15 -30 days.
I am not at all ready to use a repaired set after spending 8600 for the set.
I have requested for issuing me a new handset but they are not responding.
If they donot do so i will have to go to consumer court.
