This is in reference with Nokia Mobile Handset – E6-00
I Prathmesh Apishte had purchased Nokia –E6-00 dated 7th Aug 11 from Magnet Electronix Mega Store, Vile Parle, and Mumbai-400056, Bill No: vpm4/16641
After a week (From the date of purchase-7th Aug 11) on 13th of Aug, the handset has started getting hanged and getting automatically switched off on regular basis.
I have lodged the complained on 16th Aug (Complaint No: 573504867/110816/202) in Nokia care centre, Prime Mall Vile parle (w), Mumbai-56, they have took the mobile from me and sent it to your Head
Office, the issue gets resolved on 30th Aug 11 and they had handed over the handset to me on 31ST Aug11
After 2-3 hours (after receiving the handset) again the same problem was occurring.
Again I have lodged the 2nd complained on 2nd of Sept-11 (Complaint No: 573504867/110902/1) but still there has been no response from your end
I really fed up with your services, now I wanted to be my handset gets changed or eles return my money back.
This is the pathetic service I had received from your end by paying Rs.18000/- for the handset still I am without handset as I had no clue about what I have to do further.
I really appreciate the kind of service I am getting from you people from last 1 month, because of you people I am without the handset from last one month
Kindly intervene in this matter
i have sent the mail on 12th of Sept about the same issue on their mail id, still there has been no revert from their side,
request you to look into this matter as earliest, without a handset it is very diffcuilt for me to leave a life.
