Defective product and Misbehaved by Nokia care

I have purchased a Nokia c7 whose IMEi No #355379042260074 on 5th march. Now its bluetooth and third party applications are not working. When i contacted Nokia care they misbehaved with me and didnt repaired it.

Now I am going to take a legal action For Fraud and Mental Harassment, .
