My name is kapil parashar I had a complaint against nokia care in alappuzha. My handset nokia X2-01 is not works with an idea network. mobil atomatic reset So i complainted it for 4 times. At the last time the care manager my cell 2 the expert center in nagpur. But no use, still the handset in old condition. Its a new handset just 3months old. Thus they willnot take any action against it. They said that just leave it and buy a new handset from
