I purchased Nokia mobile handset E5 from Croma Thane (Ghodbunder Road) on 5-12-10 (inv.no. 138-14998). The phone use to go blank / dead very often. We gave the phone to Croma for repair in first week of september '11, as it was under waranty for 1 year. When the phone was returned back saying its "working fine now", in the shop (Croma) itself it again went blank / dead. The phone was agian sent for repair. After second repair on 11-9-11, the phone was gievn to us claiming "its working fine now". After one month the phone again went blank / dead. The phone went dead 3rd time, we returned the phone to Croma and advised them to replace the phone, as it is a faulty handset.
Croma or Nokia are refusing to take any action on it. They are only repairing the handset. The warranty will expire in 2 months time, thereafter no one even recoginise the phone.
The handset is expensive and I cannot accept any faluty peice for which spend large amount. Large amount is spend for purchasing good things not faulty things.
Need advise to move forward in the matter..
