I had not used that cellphone till 15/11. In evening 15/11 I tried to use that phone but i found that 8 and 0 digits of keypad were not working. Next day 16/11 i went to retail shop from were i had purchased that phone. Bablu bhai, the shop owner refused to replace the faulty cellphone. He suggested me to visit Anandmahal's Nokia Care Centre.
I went to Nokia Care to get the service. But when they watched the cellphone internally, Shhradha from Nokia Care said that the problem is in plastic material of cell phone that does not comes under warrenty.
As i had not used this phone for single time, there is no question of wear and tear. To know the facts that I had not used this phone, especially i had mentioned the IMEI numbers of phone.
Next I spoke to Mr. Gourav on Customer care on 08030303838. When i discussed regarding the issue, he misguided me that because i had put that phone unused and due to atmospheric condition, those two switches get faulty i was highly surprised to know that atmospheric condition was applicable to these two digits only. Also he suggested that each piece was tested and then after comes in the market.
Both the statements given by customer care service provider proves that the quality of material used by Nokia is of Third class and secondly not each piece of nokia instrument was tested before coming to market because you can test technically that this instrument was not used for a single time to make out-going call as i had provided IMEI numbers in the request, only two incoming calls were established from 9428884288 and 02612741619 to check the incoming quality.
I am not claiming for new instrument against this instrument but my request is only to replace the keypad as it is manufacturing defect and not from the wear and tear problem.
This time i used this instrument to show the quality of dual sim mobile to my friend but i am feeling very bad to recommand nokia brand to any body because services and answering from executives were not at all satisfactorily.
Instead of choosing Nokia for dual sim please take another brands cell phone as already for dual sim nokia name is not as good as others.
