Hi, This is Piyush Jain, I had purchased a Nokia E5 in the month of Feb'12, IMI num- 358631045268166.
With the same handset, I have facing a technical issue for last 2 months, it is getting switchoff again and again automatically. I visited Ashok Vihar Nokia care center to get it checked, there they kept my mobile for 10 days, but nothing happend. THE PHONE IS UNDER Warrantee period.
Then one fine morning, i visited Shalimar Bagh Nokia care, they charged INR 500 and fixed the issue, however in the evening mobile was showing its previous error. I had to visit the center again, they taken my mobile pormising that they will send my mobile to Nokia Main care center for deep review..It has been 15 days, issue occuring in my mobile is still not fix..
I am frustrated by visiting Nokia care centers again and again..
Pls look into the matter ASAP.
