Mobile Model no C3

I have purchase a Nokia model C3 from Bharedwaj Electronics, Budharaja, Sambalpur, Odisha, the set not working properly many times I visited to service centre but they could not repair the device. The voice clarity is very poor and the service centre told me that we can not solve this problem. The company should change the device otherwise I have to go consumer foram.
