Sir I have submitted my mobile phone to nokia service centre at dehradun in Mehta watch co. on friday date 16-12 in my set normal problem

but complaint executive not solve my problem and charge 300/- rs. for software update but that is not update and my set is also under warranty . she abuses me and use vulgar language.
