Nokia-E71, Genaral system erro

Nokia team..

There is a problem in my Nokia E71 from 2 Month, That when Iam going to acces internet, they said that, connection, problem, genaral system error, when i sms my provider for gprs setting, they send me setting but the message not supported, iam worried about, plz suggest me, what to do..
