Warranty issue

Hi,

i purchased nokia n97 mini from ezone pimpri pune few months back. bt when i went to nokia service center for repair under warranty i was told that mycell was registered one year back so my cell does not come under warranty.

since i purchased pack piece phone recently so there is no chance of it getting registered after inquiring Ezone and many nokia care center i was told to mail nokia cistmer care but again i was replied stating nokia policies rules and regulation etc and my issue was not resolved at all... so plz register my compliant and direct for further actions...
