Dear Concern,
This is to inform you that I, Darshan Gatecha had bought brand new Nokia E6 from Poojara Telecom, Rajkot, Gujarat, India just before a month ago. But, with my great surprise, I am getting problems from the very second day like all the messages in Inbox got deleted automatically, instrument got hangged every now and then and then even after switched it off and power it on again, it never got started!!! To get rid of these problems, I contacted Nokia Care and they suggested me to format it and reinstall the software. Even after given it for the reinstallation and format for 4 to 5 times, my problem was intact.
Again I went to Nokia Care to resolve this problem and at last they told me to send my handset to Delhi for the repairing. I had done that also. I suffered like anything without my main business phone for 15 long days!!! But, even after 15 days, after it got repaired from Delhi, my problems did not solve. So, again I approached Nokia Care and they repeatedly told me to send it to Delhi one more time to get the things done!!!
So, I did not use my handset since I bought it, on the contratry, I had to run after my handset to get it repaired since last one month!!! Though I had paid 16500k for the new handset, i was not able to use my hand set a single day!!!
So, I kindly request you to take strict action against Nokia Company and ordered them to give me brand new E6 handset as they have cheated me by solding me defected piece!!!
Your quick and positive action will be highly appreciated.
