I have purchased Nokia C7 Handset on 15/02 and as soon I have purchased it, Within an hour it started creating problems to restart again along with the hang problems. I submitted my set to Nokia Customer Care on 19/02 where they kept them with the set for 1 day. As they could not understand the problem, they sent the sent to their Head office. I am sorry to say that still the problem of the set could not be understand by them and I am not aware what is the position of my set.
I request to please help me in the matter, I am even planning to take up a Strict legal action against the company and the dealer in this case.
