On 08 Nov 11 I deposited my mobile phone in nokia care centre in Aluva, a place of Ernakulam district in Kerala. The phone was in warranty period . the complaint launched to them was the phone getting switched off while sliding. On 10 Nov I got a call from Aluva nokia care centre asking for my lock code (which was already written in the complaint launched) and also informed that he has serviced the phone and now its not getting switched off at the time of sliding. On 11 Nov when I contacted the care centre they are telling that water has got into the phone, so it wont be under warranty cover, so in-order to make it serviceable you have to pay. Why dont they told me the problem on 10 Nov when they called me first? they are making excuses to exploit money from me. so I humbly request to teach them a lesson so that the same should not be repeated to some one else.
