SIR,

I had gone to the Nokia Care WZ-200, Bajaj Tower, Opp. Rajiv Motors, New Santoshi Mata Mandir, Jail Road, New Delhi-110058 for the repairing of my mobile phone as it was in the warrenty period. After giving me the job card I asked the executive that when will I get the set back she assured me that after one hour you will get it but if you take the extended warrenty for Rs.140/- you can get the handset hand to hand to which I refused. When I went after one hour to get the handset I was at the reception that today it is not possible so you will get it tommorrow. What does this mean just because I had not taken the warrenty I was not able to get the phone. This is really rediculous. They are misguiding the coustomers in the name of money.
