Sub:- very poor service

I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that i have submitted my nokia 2690 having IMEI No. 352010047113611on 18th of July. the problem is battery pack up is very low and the phone is not charging so the people from nokia care Anna nagar took my phone for service, after 2 days people from nokia care call me. and said that your phone has been ready. So next day I went to collect the phone from nokia care. But while checking the phone the problem has not rectified. when I told the service center about the same complained they ask me to bring bill copy to get the replacement from head office, after 10 days getting the replacement of the battery. the problem now is in the headset, so they took my handset again for service. so I wish the service center to rectify the problem properly . my service job sheet no : 894465550/100727/8
