Recently I have bought a new set of Nokia, E52 series. After a month it starts giving me problems of Sim card, networking and charging. I went at Nokia Care, Sector 22-C, Chandigarh. I haven't seen such a poor service anywhere in the world. They had made me visit nearly four times at their center everyday without solving my problem because they themselves don't know the problem. I have to come everyday crossing 20km from my home in local buses. I have launched my 1st complaint on 10th August and its been 20 days they didn't handed my set to me. My 3rd Complaint ESN/IMEI Number is 351996042604243, well they didn't wrote the Job sheet No.
