My phone nokia x3 had stopped working. Contact service was displayed on the screen. I was told that even though the phone was within the warranty period the warranty has expired due to certain reasons stated by them. The nokia set was handed over to the nokia care executive at the tilak nagar branch on 08/02. I was informed that the nokia set would be repaired and i could collect it anytime on or after 10/02. In the hope of recieving my phone properly repaired i came to the tilak nagar branch to collect the set on 12/02. They charged Rs 1400 and the payment was duely made and the signed cash memo is in my possession. However even then the phone showed sim card registration failed repeatedly. It was showed to the customer care executive sitting there. I was asked to deposit the set once again and was told that the handset will be delivered at my house that very evening. However no delivery was made that day i.e on 12/02. Three days have passed and i still haven't recieved my phone. On contacting the nokia care no clear response is given and no details specified that whether the cell has been repaired or not or if at all it'll be delivered.
