Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your attention my deep pain on the purchase of a promising Nokia Classic6500 Cell phone on 19/05/09 which turned out to be a worthless artifact within six months time.
This purchase was made from Relations Electronics, Ghatkopar, Mumbai, on a cash payment of Rs 7750. Product code 0548867. The ESN/EMI no is 357683011689447 and warranty ref no. APAINY194129684
By October, ’09 much with the warranty period it already had problems with battery, headset, and charger. The cellphone along with its accessories was then forwarded toNokia Service Centre, Ghatkopar, Mumbai which assured us of their prompt services. The priceless consignment was then forwarded to your Delhi Office for repairs and was expected to be returned within a span of 15 days. (Ref.jobsheet no. 765504867/091230/44). After several calls and breath taking chase, the cellphone was ready to be handed over to us, without the accessories, by your ignorant staff. Finally the mistake was rectified in another one month’s time.
Well the joyful ride continued when the cellphone once again started giving trouble shooting in 2 months time. The journey had to continue, so once again it was forwarded to your Delhi office through the same Nokia Centre, Ghatkopar. (Ref.jobsheet no. 765504867/090915/16).
I sincerely do not know how much more efforts I need to put in, to fulfill my dream to use that masterpiece in fully functional condition. It may seem to you like a fairytale, but its true. All thanks to your reputed company who made this journey so exceptional.
The phone is still at your service centre in Ghatkopar. I hope you will have some empathy towards your bereaved customer and provide a suitable replacement immediately.
Attached herewith are the copies of the purchase bill and job sheets.
Regards
Ms Larita Pais
