I had purchased on 11/07 NOKIA E52 mobile from CROMA-Belapur showroom with an extended warranty payment. lastweek suddenly the mobile completely blacked out. When I went to CROMA for complaint initially they were reluctant to accept the material for repair but with lot of insistence they agreed tro forward the moblie to NOKIA service centre. Today they are informing that the mobile is not repairable due to moisture ingress as diagonisede by NOKIA service centre. I had purchased the mobile for Rs.1- which is an hard earned money. But CROMA being a reputed organiztion is unable to pressurise NOKIA for replacement/repair. They are showing helplessness. Is NOKIA as a company not worried about its quality? Do customers accept thier fate? WHOM SHOULD I APPROACH?
