Nokia E5
Defected product

I Mr. Sumeet S.Abgul had purchased nokia E5 on 01-01 but after 15days my mobile got switched off so i went to nokia care at andheri since they have sent it to delhi head officce for replacement but thrice it reached in mumbai in defected and switched off mode i m now tired of going and calling nokia care daily please help me in this.
