I KALPANAKARAN purchased E63 ON 20/04.MYIMEI NO 351502045628708 All of sudden it stop getting charged, as it was in warranty period I went to Nokia centre on15 april (Foneworld opp SV road Borivali west) They told me that problem is battery. I got new battery but problem was not solved again by evening same problem was there so again on MONDAY I went to FONEWORLD (nokia centre) They told me that I have to take warranty for one year than only they will send to head office & I have to pay whatever bill will come even though it was in warranty period. I was forced to take next one year warranty.
I have attach all the document related to it... please kindly see my problem
