Dear Sir,
I have an E71 Nokia handset, and after few months of purchasing i had two hardware defects:
1-Some of the function keys are not working (3, 6, 9, options&calender keys)
2-A problem with the display
So i did head to I2 one of Nokia distributers here in Egypt and handed over the handset with the guarantee and informed about the defects, so i left them the handset and they recontacted me after aprox. 10 days to inform that my handset is done and i have to go to pick it up.
So believe it or not when i arrived at their premises to take the phone i found the following:
1-Defects not repaired
2-Housing of the handset is broken
3-Evidences of damages of a screw driver in the handset's face due to maintenance
And uptill now i haven't recieved a new one or even my handset since one month ago
So please concider this as a formal complain and guide me what to do
