Nokia Care Damages and Ask for money

Bought my E71 3/4 months back. Wanted to upgrade the software to avoid hanging problem and also had lost my network and it will just show 3G network available but no other network. Gave Nokia Care (Signature Communications, B-100A, South City - I, Gurgaon). The guy sitting there (Subhash), tested the phone for the fault and agreed that he will return the phone in one hour.

Later when I called up, I was told that the phone's network IC is broken and it will be sent to Nokia-Head-Office for major repairs. Awestruck, Taken by surprise! I just told them to do whatever but I need my handset asap. Few days down, I had a call that I need to pay 4200 rupees as minimum charges against repair.

This is a very devastating experience I have ever had with any Nokia Care. Most importantly, they say that they have told me that the handset is damaged and it will cost me 4200 which is CLEAR REPHRASED LIE.

The jittery language they have used has put me to shame and gave me the worst ever experience with Nokia and Nokia Care people. They were unable to put me to any next/senior level executive saying he is the only who takes care of everything.

They promised to show the online transaction but they failed in that as well (no entry in the live system, saying NO DATA FOUND).

Finally they revoked saying you wont get your handset until you pay the forced amount.

Please suggest, What shall I Do

Hope to hear something concrete from you and request for a amicable solution to this.
