I bought a Nokia E71 Phone on 16th August from The Mobile Store, Madhapur, Hyderabad. After using 2 days i have a weired problem with menu key. When i went to 'The mobile store' the response was you can go to Nokia care and service it. I bought a new phone and do you expect me to service it after just 2 days of usage.
Is this not something serious Nokia has to look into. 'The mobile store' expect me to give them a POA ceritficate from Nokia care so that they can exchange the phone but Nokia Care, Madhapur, Hyderabad branch tells that they dont provide any such certificate.
I am now in a catch22 situation and i dont know whom to contact for this. Since this is just a 2 days old mobile why should i service it. Its either Nokia's or The Mobile Store's Responsibility to serve customer. If such kind of service is given to customer i would never sugget anyone for a Nokia Phone or The Mobile Store.
I went to Nokia Care 3 times and The Mobile store 3 times today and yet there is no solution. The kind of service i got after buying a Nokia Phone is not at all satisfactory.
I would say The Mobile Store has the worst service and same with Nokia Care.
