i had bought a mobile E-7 nokia during april at polachi near coimbatore at poorvika mobiles . there is some or the other problem since i bought it . got it repaired 4 times . but still the same problem inspite of having a costly phone . so kindly help me out me in getting a relpacement or how to proceed with a consumer forum complaint.
