BATTERY CHARGING IS NOT STANDING

I Purchased the Nokia Handset C1-01 for Rs.2219/- from Reliance digital, Maddilapalem, Visakhapatnam, Andhrapradesh, IMEI No:357392042480749, dt:19.05. vide Bill No:#0036, Name: PVV SATYANARAYANA, Mob. No:9000513690,

Complaint Descr: Battery Charging is not holding, I make a full battery charging, but withing 4 hours the battery charging is reduced.

Please give the permanent solution for that.
