I have purchased a new mobile in the month of October Nokia E5 Model, but after using it for month the mobile started to hang off i went to Nokia centre in Borivali -West they said software issue they worked on it and gave me back. Again in 1 week same problem they said we will send to HO in delhi, i got a so called new replacement since i am in warranty. After that i went to store for 5 times and still the same problem. I am writing mails to there support system if which id: [email protected] i have written mail from March and they still not replying to it positively. i Just said give me my money back and take your phone.
Please help me in this
