I have purchased nokia 1616 on 14th july. sr no is 32723043119032. it is facing some problems. so i gave it for repairs in nokia care mangalore. job sheet no is 368465550/100806/37. but no reply from nokia. within the one month of purchase it went into repairs. if its continuied i will go to customer court. pls ans me. my cell no is 9611651243
