Lining on the screen

I borught a Nokia mobile 6303 on 22.03.10 in The Mobile store Limited, 103, Vakkil New Street, madurai -625001.Now the problem is lines on the screen in mobile. I have made complain in persion and by phone also no one is taking care.

i contact Nokia care (SACT Communication) 152, NORTH VELI STREET, MADURAI 625001.also no reponce.

So i request you to kindly consider my request.
