This is regarding the mobile handset I have purchased on 20 Sept from Reliance Digital Retail Ltd.. The hand set have started giving trouble right after I have started using it. There was some “SIM not registered problem” was coming from beginning. Then I have submitted the phone on one of the Nokia Care center on 24 Feb under job sheet number 144433527/100224/59. In first attempt, Nokia care have investigated & repaired the phone but they could not resolve the problem. I was told by Nokia representative that the phone will be sent to company’s workshop and they have given me one week time.
When I have reached to after one week, Nokia representative have handed over me another handset in place of my original handset. The handset was full of scratches on the screen & the body and it was a used phone. Even I have to compromise with the colour of the phone which was originally white but was being replaced by with black handset. They have told me that the phone was not repairable that’s why they have given me another handset.
I have also contacted to Nokia customer care and registered a complaint with number 1-10885176824 but they have not replied satisfactory.
I have still not collected the phone from Nokia Care center.
I have spent Rs. 7047/- for my Nokia 3120-c phone. Even it has given trouble whenever I require it to uses. I was not contactable many times which have given me and my family mental trauma. I was also in mental trauma after they have refused to provide me the new phone even the original phone has manufacturing defect.
Even I have to purchase another phone as per immediate need due to nokia handset defect.
