Sir, i have nokia 1208 handset which i purchased from saravana stores in T.nagar, chennai on 7th july. but now it has created a fault as all ringtones are missing.when i gone to the nokia care center, Raksha implex in T.nagar, chennai. they told water has gone inside, without even opening the handset. i tried to convince that it has not happened. but they behaved in very unpleasant manner. so i felt very upset that if they cant't repair then why they give warranty. you please take action.
