I am Pradeep Tripathi. I had purchased C7 (IMEI- 353755049737135) handset at 26-Jan. It stoped working on Nov. When i go to Nokia care in raipur (CG), they told that it is internal problem and they had tried but not able to repair. They want so send that to company. I travel then to Pune as i am living here only. I again shown that to Nokia Care in Pune, They told that, some one had worked on it and they will not accept this in warrenty. When i had told that i had shown that to Nokia Care only in Lal Ganga Complex Raipur- 49 They not accepted it. We called to customer care and came to know that Raipur Nokia Care office is closed by nokia 2 days before only. Finally i ready to Pay for cost to repair. Till one month they were telling that they are doing that and it is in process. Now after one month they are telling that Product cann't be repaire. You can collect your dead set from here.
I am afaired with this process. Actually as my set is in warrenty, company need to repair or replace it. But they are not repairing it, even i am ready to pay for this also.
