Phone not getting repaired

I was using nokia 9300i handset which got damaged and nokia service center team refused to repair as they conveyed that they can not repair the same. The customer who was a die hard user of nokia phone had no other option rather than to shift brand and i am currently using blackberry. i need nokia team to resolve my issue.
